Deadline for payment is TWO Saturdays before the tournament. Yes, we have been taking late payments, but we have been having to scramble at the last minute to fit you in. Please try to send your payment in on time or at least send the NWHGA Treasurer an e-mail with your intention to play.
If you mail your payment, send in your pre-payment form with your payment to help us keep track of your payment and which tournament you’re sending money in for. If you don’t have the form, go to da Schedule and then click on the date of the corresponding tournament. Please also write the course you are paying for on the memo line of your check.
If you are paying online, click on the “Pay” button and enter your credit card number. If you are bringing and paying for a guest, please provide your guest’s name by clicking on the “Add” link under Special instructions on the “Review your information” page when checking out.
If you made your reservation and you find that you are unable to play: CALL or SEND AN EMAIL AS SOON AS YOU KNOW! Please don’t wait and have someone tell us at the course. Some courses require us to pay for all the tee times we reserve, regardless if you play or not. The earlier we know the better your chances of letting them know and your getting a credit for your pre-payment. And, sometimes…too bad, we will keep your money because we had to pay for you, but if we had had early notice, we may have been able to cancel the time.
Please be at the course 1/2 hour BEFORE THE FIRST TEE TIME goes out. Typically this means for you to be there and check in by 9:30am, as most of our tournaments start at 10:00am.
